I thought the customer service here was great. I have stayed in some very nice hotels. For a $ 100, your going to get a very clean room with breakfast. Yes, nothing amazing but very clean. Walls are not paper thing like you find at some hotels. So you don’t have to hear doors closing all the time. Compare to most of the overpriced hotels in Bend and Sisters, this is a hidden gem.

For the price point, this wasn’t bad. We got a double double bed room for one. Over, booked on the day of arrival for $ 119. Fortunately our room did not smell awful like many other similarly priced hotels I have stayed at(although the bathroom did smell like pee a bit). For comfort and amenities, I personally always choose a Marriot, Hilton or Embassy Suites, but in this case we just needed affordable and«ok» for an overnight work trip. Complementary paper and carb-overload breakfast in the morning(bagels, toast, waffles, muffins, cereal and some sugary yogurt). Breakfast area and lobby is nice and clean, but it’s a very lackluster continental breakfast, so don’t book this for the food. No gym on the premises, but Snap Fitness is just a quick walk down the street and they offer $ 7 day passes(that gym is very small and only staffed 9 – 7, but they might waive your day pass fee if you’re nice).

We had reserved a double room for two nights. The room was old and small but we figured we wouldn’t be spending much time in it. Dropped off our bags and didn’t return until 10:00 pm. All down hill from there. We killed at least 6 bugs and spiders! Found a dead spider in one bed and the other bed looked like it hadn’t been changed since the last visitor. Wallpaper was peeling and there was some kind of cleaning fluid stain dripping down the shower wall. Young lady at the counter apologized but it was pretty nonchalant. They offered us another room but at this point we didn’t want to stay here. Room was dirty and had so many bugs we packed up and got our money back! We’re never coming back.

Frustrating Stay, Hesitant to Return Disclaimer: I’m usually easy to please and not particularly critical. I don’t like feeling negative and avoid it at all costs. Tonight it’s unavoidable. My first room 215: Door difficult to open, have to try at least 5 times to get it to work. Need two hands, so put all my stuff down on the ground. Finally get in. Heater not functioning(it’s cold tonight!), so called for a fix or another room. Unable to fix. Went to get new key card for Room 221. Returned to orig room 215 to get luggage. Door now irreparably stuck. Back to reception. They come and struggle and finally open it. Second room 221: Only outlet for computer and phones requires me moving the whole bed, box spring and all. Now sleeping with bed all cockeyed. This is somewhat ridiculous. Go to take shower — bathroom light not working. Ok, no prob to shower in the dark: notice tube of shower gel is missing(saw one in orig room!), but cap is still in tub near drain. DIDTHEYEVENCLEANTHETUBAFTERLASTVISITORS?! Not enjoying my stay. Morning update: I have discovered the clock in the room is wrong by 20 minutes. A little thing, but adds salt to the wound. At least the bathroom light works this morning. Weird.

Well it was about what I expected staying at an Inn. The location was great, staff were very nice, the room… eh it was fair. It was $ 130/night, so it was«get what you pay»! Some people mentioned the bed as comfortable — had it been I would of given it an even better rating, but from my perspective it WASNOT comfortable! The hotel should invest in mattress pads :) The FREE breakfast was a carb/sugar overload… so we gave it a pass. Used the jacuzzi after our 10+ hour drive and it didn’t work :(the upside was they had pool towels, which was cute… for an Inn!!! If you are looking for an inexpensive place, easy freeway access, close to restaurants, and shopping of all categories, then you will be happy to stay here!!!

The building is old and tired. We couldn’t stay here because the smell of the room was so strong that it gave us a headache. It smelled of old men’s cologne, but I think it was really an overdose of professional strength Fabreez. Don’t stay here if you suffer from migraines… you’ll be sick.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating in getting me a handicapped accessible room(temporarily needed) and even though they said I could have it only one night, when I needed a second night, there was no problem. The staff were all very nice, including the«breakfast ladies» who were there to help with the complimentary breakfast. My only complaint was, as with many places, the only plugs in the room were either by the sink or by the door, there weren’t plugs near the bed to plug in my phone, kindle and laptop. Especially important with a room that is handicapped accessible. I had to unplug the fridge to plug in my electronics. Had to move a very heavy recliner to sit at my plugged-in commuter. Otherwise, good bed, clean room, decent pillows, helpful and pleasant staff. Odd name, though. Quoted same price as .

This is a nice hotel, It used to be the Hampton Inn so the décor is nice and it’s very comfortable. It’s very well priced. I would def stay again!

I find it odd that I couldn’t find this place on Unilocal! First of all, we called to see if our daughters, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel with us, could swim in the pool and the guy said it was totally fine. Reserved over the phone and he even gave us a better rate! Great room, not cheap looking, VERY comfortable bed, ac/heat, fridge, microwave, sleeper sofa if needed, and free internet access. also complimentary bfast which we didn’t get to take advantage of. The pool was just right and not crowded at all, for being on the smaller size, and the hot tub was a perfect temp and relaxing, though the dials for the jets didn’t work. My fiancé did go back in the hot tub for a short bit around 9:45, and even though it said that it closes at 10, we were still in there after, along with a few other people. We didn’t notice until we got back in the room to go to bed that there was… get this… a fingernail on one of the nightstands. Kinda gross and disturbing. But it was too late that we didn’t want to bother switching rooms over it. My fiancé did inform the front desk the next morning, and they were kind of nonchalant about it. The front desk staff really seemed like a group of stoners, but oh well. The overall stay was great and we’d totally go back again, as long as we don’t find another fingernail.
