professionally capable, but their billing practices are gross. its all about the money for them… they wont work with insurance, wont do the paperwork for you, and are really demanding about being paid up front. The doc is pretty good about refusing to talk about billing, separating himself completely from the discussion, the billing lady, on the other hand, is quite the Nazi.
