Checked out all the other fireplace stores in Bend. They ranged from overpriced to downright rude. Bought my pellet stove from Cory. He was helpful and his price was comparable to what I would have gotten online but without the expert help.

Rave reviews of Cory at Bend Spa & Hearth. I bought my spa from him two years ago and since then every experience I have had is exceptional.
When Cory say he’ll send someone to drain my tub, it gets done.
When Cory answers my questions about the settings, he does it with ease. There is never a dumb question that Cory can’t answer «with a smile».
Bend Spa & Hearth is a locals favorite, specializing in Customer Service at it’s best. It’s the after sale service that counts in the end, doesn’t it?
