Cascade returned my call quickly, the installer (Kevin) came out the same day and replaced both springs on our door for a price that beat the other places (when they eventually returned our calls). We’d had a poor experience with another local place (Overhead) and Kevin found and fixed the problem that they could not. Absolutely recommended.

Be careful! The new owner tried to sell me a garage door opener only a couple of years after previously installing one. He claimed the wood door needed a more powerful motor when in fact this was not the case & the old one works fine after minor adjustment by one of his workers.

I just wanted to write an update. Cascade came out months back and put a plastic garage door rain/​weather stripping on the floor/​seal of my garage door. I am so happy that it has totally worked! I used to get big pools of water in my garage when it rained, but this weather stripping has solved that problem and kept the water out. Thank you!

Kirk is an amazing business owner who cares about doing a quality job the first time. We have had a few bad experiences with other door companies but because of Kirk’s quality of work we will be going no where else!

Great service! Two years ago we moved into our house and the garage door was sticking. We called Cascade Door and he immediately knew it was too much tension on the torsion bar and he adjusted it and said «I guarantee it.»
3 weeks ago the torsion bar broke/​failed. The owner of Cascade Door came out the same day we called him. He immediately knew what the problem was.
He freed our car from the garage and upgraded the torsion bar to a spring that same day. And, he explained the difference of quality between his preferred parts vs what was used when these homes were put up 9 years ago during the housing boom.
Cost of repair was very reasonable.

My garage door was installed improperly by Central Oregon Garage Door. The rail was secured to the drywall and it worked properly for 18 months before it finally tore away from the wall. I mistakenly called Cascade Door and they came out the same day and fixed it even though it wasn’t their mistake. These are the guys to use!
