Great customer service and we love our bed!

Excellent customer service! Mike, the owner, spent over an hour helping my wife and I choose our new mattress, and even drove it to our house himself after the store closed. He was very knowledgable and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We had just moved to bend and had nothing to sleep on! We went to Cascade because of the great reviews on Unilocal and they didn’t disappoint! Not only did they go way out out of their way to make a delivery that same day, but they also put up with my three crazy sleep deprived kids running around their store! (Thank goodness we were the only ones in the sometime at that time). I would highly recommend them! Oh yeas, and the mattresses are great too!!! Thank you cascade mattress!

I would just like to say that Andrew was terrific in helping us decide on a mattress set. He was very knowledge and answered all our question without pressuring us to buy. Their pricing is very competitive and service was top of the line. I would highly recommend Cascade Mattress as a must stop if you are in the market for a bed.

I had purchased a mattress from Cascade Mattress approximately 4 years ago, and it wasn’t holding up. It was a lower end mattress and they have stopped carrying that model. When my wife and I went looking for a new one to replace it with, we spoke with the owner who provided us with a wealth of information and assistance. We were able to return our old mattress and they worked with the company to get a warranty return on it to help pay for our new one! I felt like I was taken care of throughout the whole process and they did more than they needed to to make my wife and I happy. Their prices are great for the products they have and their customer service is beyond any experience I have ever had. We appreciated that this local business was able to work with us rather than having to stay with the corporate line. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, here it is. The review I was waiting and waiting to write! We wanted a new mattress for a while. We had looked at other places around Bend but because of the prices of the other places we looked, decided we would save a bit more money and re visit the idea in about 6 months or so. The same weekend we decided to wait, we happened to have driven by Cascade Mattress. My husband suggested we just look because of the President s Day sales that were going on. I agreed but we both took a deep breath knowing we were going to deal with the «car salesman» pitch. We walked in and were greeted by Artie, and left to browse. NICE! When we had questions, Artie was there. He was knowledgeable and nice and not pushy! He showed us all we wanted to see and never once did we feel pressured. We got a great mattress at a great price and even decided on a whole bedroom set. What we paid for the whole set is what we were quoted on for just a mattress elsewhere. We are very pleased. I waited to write this to see how good of a job Cascade would do with delivery. And I am happy to say that the guys who carried all this heavy furniture up a flight of steep stairs were polite and careful and respectful of our new purchase! Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Cascade Mattress! I purchased a mattress and had it delivered the same day! When I discovered a manufacturer defect they replaced it within their Comfort Guarantee, free of charge. Their friendly sales team was not pushy and very friendly! The delivery team was great, polite and friendly, I felt safe having them in my home and they were very careful to be sure they didn’t scratch walls or anything!

Cascade Mattress is hands down the BEST experience to write about. Delivery was fast! We were sleeping on our new bed and mattress the next day we purchased it! AMAZING! We had a fantastic experience with Cascade Mattress! They have great pricing, outstanding customer service and are quick and friendly.
My husband and I bought a king size bed last month and the owner was wonderful. He showed us several different options in our price range but didn’t try to upsale us. He delivered our new bed to us within 4 days (they had to order it from the manufacturer) and hauled away our old king set for free. We love our new bed and would recommend Cascade Mattress to anyone. 5 star experience!

What a great surprise to save on mattress set and Headboard. We found them by accident from a Craiglist posting, hesitantly we checked them out and very glad we did. No sales pressure just simple comfortable and genuine great service. We walked out very happy saving money and feeling great with the service we got from Lance.
