I have just tried China Doll after many years of eating at other Chinese places around town. I must say their food was really good, even their fried shrimp appetizer was very good. I will go back!

BBQ pork had something wrong with it. We informed management how threw it out and gave us some from another batch. The manager said the batch we originally tired should have been goon as it was only from«a couple days ago». We have been here many times and have loved it. Today was fine accept for the bad meet experience.

Food is just okay and cheap. You are in and out in a hurry. The most unpleasant thing is the owner/chefs. Both of them are extremely rude to the girl manning the case and register. Today the girl was in tears from the bozo growling at her. I wanted to boot him in the backside! I wont be back as people who treat the help that way don’t deserve my dollar.

The food is not good. Cheaply made in large batches, often bland. However, there is a good variety and the lunch meal deal is great for the starving teenager

China Doll saved the day for our catered lunch… I work at a local health clinic and from time to time we have catered lunches from drug company reps… some times they cancel… today was one of those days and several of us had not brought food from home thinking food would be available. Oh well. Luckily, my co-worker got the wise idea of ordering Chinese and several of us threw in for an impromptu lunch. Honestly, I“m not a fan of Chinese food. I love, nay, I adore Thai food but Chinese food has never been high on my list of go-to Asian cuisine… Too many La Choy nightmares from childhood. I’m not a fan of the highly sauced variety of Asian food that characterizes Chinese food in the States. That being said I was super impressed with what China Doll brought us. We got two orders of fried rice, pork and shrimp mixed. Plain white rice, Green beans in a black bean garlic sauce, Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. I took a sampling of everything and I can attest there was nothing on my plate that I would not have gone back and gotten seconds for… The best part is there’s enough for tomorrow’s lunch, too!

Easily the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. I wanted to like it but it was awful. I’d rather go to Safeway.

Again this is Americanized Chinese food. The $ 4.95 lunch special is a great deal. My wife and I liked it a little better than Panda Express. This is a little hole in the wall place across 27th St from COSTCO. If you are in the neighborhood at lunch time it is worth giving it a try. Neither my wife nor I finished and we both had enough for a small dinner left over. Pretty good deal for less than $ 5. The Terriaki Chicken was quite good.
