Consolidated Towing

Long story short, I got myself in trouble with the Jeep about 500 yards down a closed forest road. Front wheels fell through the snowpack into a mud slurry from draining snowmelt and I wasn’t going anywhere. After digging for a couple hours and having no luck, I called around and these guys were the only ones who were not only willing to come out but they were the only ones with a capable rig and confidence of success.
Out they came with their Snowcat, winched me out of my mess and had me on the road again. I hope I never see these guys again ;-) but I won’t call anyone else if I need a tow in the future.

I traveled to Bend from California. It’s a lot colder in Bend compared to CA and there is ice on the ground. My two wheel drive car got stuck in the in the ice and snow in the Hilton Gardens parking lot. I called AAA in Oregon. They said they did not cover «extractions» but said they would call AAA in California. They called me back and said the answer was «no» but put me in contact with Steve at Consolidated Towing so I could pay for it myself. After I told him my story, Steve wondered why it was not covered and called AAA to find out why. Steve called me back and said it was now covered. Robert showed up in his truck and pushed as I backed up the car. The car broke free. I am super happy with the service. They helped me when the Oregon AAA did not seem to be able to get it done. And I did not have to pay over $ 100 out of pocket. Thanks to Steve, Robert and Consolidated!

This company is what customer service is all about! My husband’s motorcycle broke down on Labor Day weekend, Sunday, in the middle of the interstate, with no company that would be open to fix it.
Firle the driver, picked my husband up, along with his bike, called around for options, took him to the airport to rent a car to drive home, 8 hours to Spokane, Washington. He also recommended the only company to work on his bike, MTECH in Bend, OR and will have it towed to them on Tuesday morning after the Labor day weekend. He did not have to do any of this, he could of gotten the bike, dumped him off at the hotel with no way to get around and forgot about it. He did not, we need more employees like this in the world to make a bad situation, better!

Even though you never want this service if it should occur these people are the best! They towed my 40 foot Revolution RV without issue! Very polite and understanding of all your concerns towing an rv.

My son called me the other day to say he locked his keys in his car, with me living in Los Angeles, I couldn’t help him. I called Keith at Consolidated Towing, he could not of been more helpful, he made sure my son was looked after quickly, and did not charge very much.

Prompt response that beat the estimated time, even though it was just for keys locked in the car. They’ve also towed my collector car and gave it TLC a while back.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the help my wife and I received from Consolidated Towing. Basically, our car broke down south of Bend on New Year’s Eve and after finally making it to Bend, there was nowhere to go with every body shop and towing company closed for the holiday. Consolidated came to tow us to the Redmond airport where we were going to pay to park our car and rent another to take us home to Portland. Our tow truck driver, Mike called his manager, Keith who got on the phone with me and, understanding our situation, offered to take our car to his tow yard and park it there free of charge. Everyone we dealt with at Consolodiated was so friendly and helpful during our ordeal. Keith suggested some auto wrecking companies and donation groups to us, as our car was not going to make it back to Portland. He even dealt with the donation group we used in person since we were both several hours north of Bend and couldn’t make it back to town. He took care of everything for us and was so kind and gracious the whole time we were figuring out what to do with our car, even removing and mailing us our license plates.
I never write reviews but I simply had to express my appreciation and complete endorsement for Consolidated Towing. I am so thankful for all their help and hope anyone in need of similar care in Bend will contact them and give them the business they deserve.

My wife locked her keys in the car while shopping at the Old Mill District. A quick phone call to Consolidated Towing and we were back in business! It only took about 15 minutes for the driver (Randy) to arrive and all of two minutes to unlock the car. Great service!
