Great products. Great customer service. I really appreciate their knowledge and options. We just purchased a new house and they came out to explain the products to be used most efficiently and extend our warrantees. We added air conditioning and the technician was very friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered Diversified to check up on my Fireplace. It didn’t ignite, all that was needed was a simple cleaning. They did a great job getting it to work again. No complaints there.
My only gripe is that I got quoted $ 80 for coming out including the first hour of service. They finished the job quickly within 30 minutes and I got still charged an additional $ 35 for ‘Fireplace service’.
