The sales person was professional, flexible, and bent over backwards to help us out. We have an older house with an existing system. Some of it worked and some did not. The installer was professional, easy to get along with, explained everything. Overall they made us feel as though our needs mattered and did whatever was necessary to help us out and get the system installed and up to date correctly. I am so pleased with the service. Steve Kensett set up my system and has been out to my house to help with handling the system. He is terrific! I will call for him specifically in the future as he is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Thank you East Cascade for great sales and service.
