Eastside Laundry Service

So this place was a dump! Over half the machines were out of service, the ones that were available were dirty and covered with dog hair and dirt residue, there’s no sink or wash basin to wash your hands after you touch all your dirty clothes, the «hot» cycle washes in tepid, coolish water, the machine only partially filled so the clothes weren’t even submerged (and I do NOT overload at a Laundromat where can’t do a second rinse), there’s no restroom… at all, and to top it all off, I’m pretty sure I interrupted a drug deal in the back room when I was trying to find a place to go pee and wash my hands. The management/​owner was shifty and not only not helpful, but actually uncommunicative. (Of course as I stated before, I definitely interrupted something weird…) All in all not an experience I’d repeat or recommend.

Close to a couple of hotels, right behind the Comfort Inn.
Place is clean, has change machines and a couple of vending machine with soap and snacks.
They have about 10 front load washers…
6 @ $ 2.50 and 4 @ $ 4.
10 top load washers at $ 1.75
22 dryers that run about 8 minutes for .25¢
They open at 7am, and the attendant was there when I arrived at about 5 till 7.
There is a Wells Fargo, a few restaurants and a liquor store/​deli thing in the same strop mall.
Over all not a bad place to do a quick load of laundry.

I stopped by at 9:45 am and found the laundry closed even though the sign says open at 7 am. Nice location and nice facility. Too bad it’s not open!

It seems that getting laundry done is the less glamorous part of travel. Too many laundromats I have come across are usually creepy. This place seemed a little less so. I found this place using Unilocal and my GPS system. The laundormat is well lit and clean. There are plenty of clean washers and dryers. One load costs $ 1.50. Dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes. This is one coin operated laundromat I would visit again. They advertised that there is a drop-​off service but when I got there there was no attendant.
The really great part about this location is that it is right next to a great Mexican Restaurant with a bar and there is another restaurant located across the parking lot.
