Footzone Bend

Foot Zone offers some great programs to help runners. I joined a group training for a half marathon. We were encouraged, given coaches, and easily led to getting pr’s. I like the selection of clothes and shoes. The running tights that were recommended have become my go-​to running clothes in the cold weather.

Excellent customer service! I bought a sports bra while visiting Bend. After wearing it a few times the underwire poked out. I called and spoke with the manager and she offered to replace it with another brand or refund my money. I sent the damaged one back and quickly received a replacement in the mail.

they don’t stand behind their product. bought a pair of new balance ortho shoes about a year ago. couldn’t walk too much on them due to surgery. the sole fell apart, when I took them back the clerk said «looks like they were sliced». The foam under the sole was shot and the sole was falling apart. I expected more for $ 180 shoes. don’t buy from them

I wanted help getting an athletic shoe that was right for my foot/​stride, so I asked around and everyone I asked told me to go to Footzone. I assumed that I would end up paying more than I ought to for a pair of shoes, but I am pleased to report that I got a great deal! (I even checked prices on the internet when I got home.) I was helped by a salesperson named Mandy who was attentive and patient. I left with a shoe that fits well (important), is cute (very important) and at a price that didn’t break the bank (bonus!).

My wife and I came in here to buy new tennis shoes and we could not believe the service! The sales associate took his time with each of us, analyzing the way we walk and offering recommendations based on our needs. We walked out wearing the most comfortable shoes we’ve ever owned!

Three people working when I walk in. I’m there for five minutes and no one speaks to me. Guy behind the register gets on the phone while I’m there to place his lunch order (beef tostada). The two other employees walk into the back of the store talking. I get nothing from any of them,
I need new shoes, but I guess I’m going elsewhere.

I won’t buy my running shoes anywhere else. This is the epitome of a great local business. The staff is comprised of knowledgeable and friendly runners who really know their stuff. They will take the time to help you find the right shoe for your needs, you can even run on a treadmill and be evaluated if you’d like. They also host running clinics and training programs.

Great selection of running shoes, and the employees know their stuff. They have a treadmill hooked up to a camera to analyze your steps as you walk/​run in different shoes. They helped my daughter select a great pair of shoes. They also give kids a small discount if they participate in their school’s cross country. Very cool.

Didn’t buy anything but LOVED this shop. They really seem to know their stuff and are happy to dole out great advice to folks

I love a well run small business and I got a great hit off of Footzone in Bend. I was there during a big sale (most shoes were 40% off) and it was a bit of a madhouse! Even in the chaos there was great customer service and a ton of cool running shoes, apparel and accessories.
They carry my favorite Brooks running shoes, as well as Sacony, Vasque, Mizuno, Montrail, Asics, etc.
Nice display case advertising all of the running and competitive events in Central Oregon and a treadmill so you could test shoes before you buy.
I also groove on their mission statement: «We’re proud to be a healthy small business. We make a profit from selling shoes. We profit off of our customers. We also run, bike, ski, drink coffee and beer; eat baked goods and grocery shop with our customers. We live in this community and try to be a positive part of it. Hopefully, products and service benefit our customers and in turn our customers provide us with employment. It’s simple and accountable. Thank you for the opportunity.»
