Goldy’s Hideaway

Recently was visiting friends in Bend, OR with my dog and needed a pet friendly place to stay.
Found a great little place just a few minutes away in the cute little Western town of Tumalo.
Very comfortable king bed, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. It is walking distance to a wonderful coffee/​bakery the Tumalo Coffeehouse, Mexican restaurant, pizzeria, gas station, organic grocery store. I noticed a lot of
bicyclists on the road and heard it is a stopping point for many bike routes in the area.
Just up the main highway there is the larger shopping center with Trader Joe’s and downtown Bend is only about 10 minutes from there. I heard you can float the Deschutes river in the summertime from the Tumalo State Park down to the little town of Tumalo, so will have to try that next time.
I would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable pet friendly lodge in the area.
