We recently moved houses and let me tell you Guarantee Cleaning was a lifesaver! We did some carpet damage and they were able to come in and get it so clean we got our security deposit back! Everybody we talked to was so professional and nice, Would gladly work with them again!

My original comment still holds true. The other review he is claiming was written by my husband was not composed by MY Doug R (same name coincidentally) however, my husband does agree with his opinion of this company. If you actually look at the dates of the review by ‘Doug R.’ he refers to, it is from 1 year and 3 months PRIOR to my review. Customer beware… this business owner is sketchy.

If you value your time, don’t waste it with these guys.
This was to be the third time we used Guarantee cleaning. The first two times we used them for duct cleaning and both times they were 30 – 45 minutes late, this time they were over an hour late and David (owner) made no apologies and was very unprofessional about the whole thing. Use another company.

Guarantee Cleaning Services saved us! My MIL brought her dog over and the dog got sick with diarrhea all over our office room carpet. I called Dave and he showed up within the two hours he said he would and did an exceptional affordable cleaning on our accident and the rest of our carpet in our home. We are very pleased and excited to use his services in the future. 24⁄7 emergencies well responded to! Thanks Dave!
