Greg from Harris and Sons gave me a general estimate on the phone and he was a bit less than 2 other quotes. He was so conscientious about going through and understanding the stains on our carpet so he knew how to treat them. We had kid paint, mascara, glue and stains I couldn’t get out myself and he got them out. The carpet looks great!

We were absolutely thrilled with Greg’s service and his work. Having pet stains and odor we were worried our carpets were beyond revival. His treatments completely neutralized the odor and our carpets looked brand new again. We won’t have anyone else care for our floors.

When I called I told him I needed my carpets done the next day, he made time for me in his schedule and ended up coming on a Sunday! He did an amazing job and he even beat the price of the previous carpet company which happened to be Dalmation. He did my baseboards and removed all of the pet hair which was up against them, I wasn’t even expecting that. All in all I would love to have him come to my house every 4 – 6 months, it was well worth it.

We recently purchased a foreclosed home here in bend. We could not afford to replace the nasty carpets so our real estate agent recommended Harris & Sons to come and clean. Let me tell you about my husband. He is a piggy. So when he used our condo in Bend pretty much for six years straight without ever cleaning it… it was a horrible mess. He was constantly snacking in the bedroom and there were sticky black stains all over the place. There was a large red stain (Kool Aid?) by the dining area, and a couple of pet stains. The place stunk to high heaven! Harris & Sons took the time to do an excellent job. It sounds trite, but the light beige carpets were like new! The place smelled clean and fresh without a hint of wet dog smell that you sometimes get with other carper cleaners. I highly recommend Harris & Sons Carpet Cleaning! I loved the job that he did so much that I was tempted to talk him into driving to Salem to do our house down there!
