I drove my 1998 Toyota in to get some work done before a long drive back across the country, and unfortunately was on a time crunch. My work requires me to average 500 miles per week driving a box truck. The truck is an older model but in good driving condition with the help of Import Performance in Bend. I run a shop in Portland and believe that I can be more critical of other shops then most. One of our customers broke down in Bend. I came across these guys through one of our venders and sent her here. Our customer had lots of concerns, which led me to be the main point of contact for her repairs. They went and got the car for her, as she was forced to get a rental car and abandon her car. It was already almost 2pm by this point and they still had an update the same day and repaired by noon the next day. Communication, honesty, price, and service were top notch. This shop almost makes you want to break down in a strange city. Trust these guys.
