These guys were great. They were on time and loaded my entire house in Redmond and unloaded it in Bend in under 3 hours. They worked incredibly hard and were great with my 2 year old who kept getting in their way. I called them 2 days before my move and they were still willing to work with my schedule.

They were two hours late for my move. The person on the phone called me an hour before they were supposed to arrive and said they were running 30 minutes behind because they were picking up supplies. Three hours later and multiple phone calls where I was told «they’re on their way», they arrive with no supplies. Nice guys but clear the person on the phone was lying throughout the interactions. Someone had posted on Craigslist that they overbook and I believe that is what happened on my moving day.

I used this guys to unload a moving truck I drove up from California last week. They were super easy to work with, super flexible around my schedule, fast and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.

Mark and crew are professional and do exactly what they say. You can believe these people; they are pro; show up ready to work and stay in the groove until the work is done.
Dalton showed up on time; neatly and professionally dressed; was a gentleman and totally socially aware and appropriate around a diverse group of elderly folks who were helping with a difficult move.
He did need business cards to give to a few people who asked for them. He had to hand write the company contact information and his handwriting was excellent!

I contacted JNJ for my move from Portland to Bend. They did a great job. They set up a crew to load our truck in Portland. The 2 guys that showed up were on time to the second. They took a little longer than expected and scratched up some furniture. Because it took so ling to load the truck, we were late getting into Bend. I contacted JNJ and they said it would be no problem. They were available to help us unload the truck when we got to Bend. The crew that showed up in Bend was extremely professional and helpful. They unloaded the truck with care and in a very timely manner. When they heard about our experience in Portland they didn’t charge us for the unloading. This is actually a huge costumer service point since they only arranged for loaders in Portland. I paid the loaders in Portland cash and then they unload my truck and didn’t charge me because they took responsibility for something that was not even their fault. Most companies would tell me to contact the loaders in Portland. These guys solved it on the spot and told me to tell them about the specific damage and they will take care of it. I have to say, the Bend guys are by far then best movers I have used. They did a great job. They went above and beyond rectifying a problem that was not theirs. These guys are a class act and deserve your business. So if you need some help moving stuff or anything else they offer, then give them a call right away. They have the kind of professionalism that is missing in many other companies these days.
