The food was delicious the first time, and was as delicious if not more the second. This place definitely redeemed itself as far as service goes. Our server was polite and very attentive. We will be coming back here soon I’m sure!

Awesome food! We had the trio appetizer, chicken bowl, and the special of the day, which was something delicious and Turkish? The appetizer and chicken bowl were both Celiac safe and delicious. The staff was very helpful, and the restaurant itself was very pretty with a nice heated porch.

We had the trio appetizer selection, a falafel wrap, the tomato eggplant soup, fatoush salad, and falafel rice bowl. All of it was great vegetarian fare. The seasonal hummus was especially great(also appreciated that in addition to fresh pita they serve vegetables for dipping), as was the rice bowl: perfectly seasoned rice with a flavor combination of toppings that was both unique and classically delicious. So happy we stopped here on our trip to Bend.

We love this place. It is small, but great seating outside when warm. I have a lot of allergies and I can order the yellow curry without any changes. And it is some of the best I have had! Allergen friends, the tuna when they offer it is a great option too! Fresh, organic, local, great.

Easy to get to when coming into town from Bachelor. Casual setting with great schwarma, hummus, decent fresh flatbread. Quite a selection of other stuff. Good beers on tap. Good service. Has outdoor dining, even in the winter(heated and enclosed with plastic).

One of the best middle eastern food I had in a long time. Hummus was a-mazing and to die for! We had the lamb dish with Hummus and the dinner special — coconut yellow curry with spicy lamb. Both awesome. Will come again soon.

I don’t know why this was hidden, but I’d like to see it posted! «Kebaba catered our wedding and knocked it out of the park. We are so grateful that on a day when there are a million things to worry about, the food wasn’t one of them. Our guests loved it! Even the meat and potato crowd was impressed. Logistically they made feeding over 100 people look effortless, and the consultation leading up to the event was invaluable. I highly recommend Kebaba for catering events large and small.» Thanks, Martin L, I didn’t know Kebaba catered!

OMG… We’ve been trying all the great places in Bend. We like soooo many, but my top 3 includes Kebaba. Adorable place, friendly folks, and the food is incredible. Everything we had was wonderful. My favorites are the Karnabeet and the Saganaki flatbread… don’t forget the bedouin hot sauce with the flatbread… AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back.

Hubby had the chicken kabob lunch, and I had the chicken schwarma wrap. Yum! Everything was tasty, fresh crisp flavours for all elements. Loved the salad dressing and sauce that came with it. Portions big enough we could’ve split one, but we were glad to have the delicious leftovers, so all good. Friendly, cheerful staff service, too. We opted to sit on the sunny porch that is protected from the wind. We’ll be back on our next visit to Central Oregon.

We were looking for something different to eat and we found this place on Unilocal. We love falafels so we decided to give this place a shot. It paid off because the falafel wraps were very good. I have to admit that after walking in I didn’t think that it was going to be that good but boy was I wrong. We loved it. Even the kids.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. The Mezzes are outstanding. We come here at least a few times a month to get our fix. While we ate, we watched many people come in for their lunchtime takeout — obviously popular with the other locals which is very telling in a town with plenty of good food to choose. The new additional seating outside on the patio is nice too — a great place to gather with friends + dogs.

Weve been coming to kebaba for years. Its good, but lately something is different. Smaller portions? Standoffish staff? Change in babaganoush(?) recipe? I think a little bit of all of the above. I used to leave there after my meal thinking yum yum, that was delicious! The past few times I leave there thinking, it was okay, but not quite the same. and there’s an air of inconvenienced staff… luckily Bend has a lot of good choices in the restaurant business so maybe its time to try something else.

Good Middle Eastern food. Weekdays aren’t nearly as busy as weekends. Had the traditional Lamb Gyros. Outside seating for those nice evenings. Could have been 5 stars if the server could have managed a smile or two. Chuck B

The food is great, high quality, and big portion sizes meant we ate leftovers on the mountain the next day. Between the two of us we had the hummus appetizer with pita bread and veggies, lentil coconut soup(vegan), the falafel rice bowl(vegan), and the lamb gyro with fries. We were really happy with our meal overall. The atmosphere is fun and cozy — even though we ate on the heated porch in early March. Not noisy or awkwardly crowded at all. Service was a little slow at times and not as attentive as I would have expected given that we were there at the end of the night.

Absolutely horrendous… Kebaba used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. The other night when I went out for dinner I had the rudest waitress. I can’t believe I was treated that way in a restaurant –I had to leave. And I won’t go back. There are too many good restaurants in Bend — no one needs to be treated like that! If you want Mediterranean food a better option is Joolz or Mezze Bistro downtown!

We first tried Kebaba as delivery, and were impressed. The gyro meat is actual lamb, sliced super thin and layered with veggies, and the tomato eggplant soup was savory and not too salty(which is a complaint I have about many prepared soups). We took a few friends there in the weeks that followed, and were very happy with the portion sizes(large enough that if you’re starving, you’ll be satisfied) and the quality of the food. Everything tastes freshly prepared. Our friends ordered the mezze for 2, which allows you to pick a variety of hot and cold dishes, for just under $ 30. You’ll have tons to take home, which is awesome because it’s great as leftovers. My BF and I usually get a kabob plate or the roasted lamb plate. One note is that the roasted lamb is pretty well done and sliced thin, not thick, so if you like yours on the rare side and more meaty, this won’t be for you. Hummus is creamy and rice is flavorful, and the«Greek-ish» salad is a generous portion, well dressed. My reason for giving it 4 stars rather than 5, is that it’s sort of fusion-y Middle Eastern, not truly authentic or from any particular region, and they take a lot of liberties with certain dishes, such as their cauliflower in tahini, and their carrot salad(which is never that sweet in the Middle East). We find that is the case with most restaurants in Bend. My BF is part Lebanese and our friend is straight out of Turkey, and he pretty much laughed at their«Turkish» coffee, which is regular coffee made super strong, with grinds left in it. The food has Middle Eastern influences and spices, for sure, but it’s been Americanized for local tastes. It’s pretty good, just don’t be expecting it to be authentic.
