Last year I bought A/​C for my home from Mountain View. Making the appointment for the install was easy and the lady I spoke to was kind & knowledgable. The service installers called ahead and were on time and so quiet as they worked I hardly knew they were here. It’s been awesome having a cool home too!
My second service call was for the fireplace and once again the work was great and the service man worked without disrupting my day and made sure he didn’t leave a mess. I was pleased.
The third call was again for the fireplace regarding a completely different issue and another great service visit and repair.
All in all I can’t recommend Mountain View highly enough and I do! Thanks so much and keep up the excellent service!

I have had Mountain View Heating maintain both my heating and air conditioning in two different houses. The service people are friendly and punctual. When it comes to parts that need replacing they are honest and low pressure on the sale.

This company quoted me $ 1500 to replace a heat exchanger with a 2 week wait time at a rental house I own. A local competitor came out and did the job on Christmas Eve morning for $ 575. Seems like Mountain View Heating was trying to gouge a guy in a bind. Shady. I’ll never do business there again.
Update: I appreciate you, Mountain View Heating, writing a response here 7 months after my review, but it’s too little, too late. I was in a situation of dire need (renters without heat in the middle of winter) and your company tried to take advantage of myself and the situation. There is no need to follow up further; I won’t be spending anything with you again, and that includes my time. If you’re truly interested in how you can improve, you might consider avoiding price gouging a customer who you view as having his back against the wall. I was a long-​time customer of yours, but I’ve found much greener pastures with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling — for that, I thank you.
