I’ve been shopping at Nashelle since I moved to Bend and my neighbor told me to check it out. I remember when their store was still at their warehouse off of American Lane. I’ve been meaning to write a review about them for a while now and was reminded of that this past weekend when I stopped by. I was immediately greeted by two of the staff and asked if they could help me find anything. I let them know I was just browsing… I ended up trying on a few things but nothing was working when one of the girls came by to check on me, she said she had noticed that I had liked a particular style necklace and that she had some ideas for me. It felt nice not to be bothered while I was shopping but to know that they had paid attention to me. I ended up loving one of the necklaces she had picked out for me and also found a pair of earrings for my daughter. I love their jewelry, what they do for the community and always feel welcomed. If you’re in Bend, definitely stop by and support a local business, as far as I know, everything is locally made!

Nashelle is one of my favorite jewelry stores in town. I own 8 necklaces by her. I almost exclusively wear them and tell everyone about them. In fact, I was wearing one when I went in the store. Today I went in to try on a necklace that was on their flash sale. A man was being helped by two people. I waited patiently until they could get to me. When I asked about the necklace on the website I was told it was online only. That was fine, but I wanted to try it on. A sales girl got it off the display, gave it to me and walked out of the room. The other woman was helping no one and didn’t come up to me. I was the only one in the store. I quietly put the necklace back on the shelf and left. I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience, and that’s not how I want to feel at my favorite store.

I have an initial necklace from here and I love it. I ordered a bracelet for a gift on Dec. 5. I called today to find out when it would be delivered and it still had not shipped. They said that it should ship today (it was already 4:30 pm) and that it should arrive before Christmas. When I ordered the bracelet it said it would ship between 5 – 10 business days. I needed it before Christmas eve, as this was a gift for a friend that I would not be seeing on Christmas. They did allow me to cancel the order, but it would have been nice to hear from them before today to let me know that they are behind. I was not expecting it to take so long to receive my order.

Extremely disappointed with delivery service. Ordered a necklace here almost two weeks ago and it still HAS NOT SHIPPED. When I called, customer service couldn’t do anything about it except charge me an extra 40 dollars for delivery. Will not order from here again. Beware if you’re doing xmas shopping — not a speedy choice at all!

Such a great locally made jewelry store with a mission driven spirit. Kasey was so thorough when customers came in to pick up an online order which could not be located. She took customer service to the top. She was very helpful and compared pieces along with great suggestions. She deserves a raise.

I was lucky enough to meet the owners at a charity event in Orange County CA this past weekend. They are such wonderful people with the most beautiful jewelry, and to help feed the hungry with each purchase is fantastic! I am so happy with the necklace I bought and cannot wait to purchase more!

This is one of my absolute favorite stores. The jewelry is gorgeous and meaningful and there is something for everyone. Nashelle is my go to for so many gifts… aaaaand I may be addicted for my own collection as well! The employees are so kind and helpful. xo
I just got married and purchased all of my bridesmaids the identity bar necklace. I had something different placed on each. The girls loved them. So personal and the perfect touch.

The company contacted me and apologized for the issue. It was nice for the manager to call and discuss this with me and make the situation better. That made me feel better about the issue.

This jewelry gallery is a bright spot in the Old Mill. The collection and attention to detail is breathtaking when you walk in, and the customer service is right on target.
I ordered a custom made identity piece for a gift and it needed to be sent out to the workshop to be completed, no problem, it was only a few days and I had it way before I needed it. The young lady working even said when they got it back it wasn’t quite right (as we had discussed when putting it together) so they sent it back to get it perfect. And it is!
I can strongly recommend this store if you are looking for the perfect thing for yourself or a special someone.
The community consciousness the owner has is impressive as well. There is a toy drop off for children in need and a teddy bear drive, also certain items for sale will go to into a fund for spur of the moment charity help. Like a hurricane, fire, etc.
