Me and my boys decided to try the place out tonight. Food was ok but we had to wait over an hour for 3 pizzas and the only explanation we were given was that they only had one oven.

Best pizza in the area for sure! Saw a mad rush this evening, and the owner and staff handled it quickly and efficiently… And their cook is awesome fast!

Already knew about Pisanos for terrific wood fired pizza… BUT heard a rumor that they are doing breakfast on weekends! Brought the Fam down and WOW! This is food on par or bester than Bend’s best(Vic, McKays) so this will be our new weekend breakfast haunt till the Zombie herd discovers the secret. Oh and they said they are experimenting with wood fired breakfast creations that by description sound A-FREEKIN-MAZING!!! Can’t wait.

Don’t miss this experience! The wood fired pizza was yummy snd the service was out of this world!!! Eddie the owner is not only a talented pizza chef and business owner, but could have been a stand up comedian. Thanks for making our night special.

I was excited to try this place while visiting Bend. My friends and I were in the mood for pizza and salads. We ordered a couple of the pizzas for three of us. They were cooked well, but didn’t have impressive flavor to them. They weren’t bad; they were just somewhat bland. The pricing on the salad was also kind of weird. They only offered one larger salad though they offer a few different varieties. The service was good, though. Just an a-okay place for wood fired pizza.

No stars! But I will give one for our server Max, had 30 people, about 12 kids, and our server nailed it. Pizza was great however the owner was completely unprofessional and rude. Literally Threw a fit over having us trying to use 5 credit cards. Verbally harassed me in front of patrons. Embarrassing. Please do not support this business.

Have tried several pizza places in the greater Bend area. Lots of them are very good. We stopped by the Tumalo location recently and were suprised with the flavor and variety of food they have. Service was on par too! Kids and parents all enjoyed what we feel is the best pizza around. Thanks Pisanos!

Right of the main road and easy to find. Nice, clean and open venue. High top and regular tables. Good salad and pizza menu. I enjoyed the steak white pizza. Served hot and fresh! Friendly service and sports TVs.

I hate when someone says, «That’s the best, EVER» because it always sounds like an exaggeration. So, I’m breaking my rule here by saying this is HONESTLY, the BESTPIZZAEVER! We were vacationing in Redmond and found this place on Unilocal.Stopped in and ordered a Cesar salad, and Prosciutto Pomodorini pizza and a Bianca pizza. To me… Cesar salad is just cesar salad… with the exception of what I make at home because I make my own dressing from scratch. The 3 adults in our family took one bite of the Cesar salad and couldn’t believe our taste buds. This was seriously, the best Cesar salad we had ever had… even better than my own! It also had sundried tomatoes in it that took the salad up several notches. The pizzas were sheer perfection!!! The crust was amazing and stayed crispy for the entire 30 minutes it took for us to eat both pizzas. The sauces were perfectly balanced and there were just the right amount of toppings. Our young waiter was wonderful. Very friendly, very attentive without being intrusive. The owner stopped by each table to make sure people were enjoying their meals. He was very nice. We weren’t going to order dessert, bur our waiter told us the cheesecake was made from scratch and was an old family recipe of the wife’s. We’re not really into cheesecake, but the waiter was so honestly enthusiastic, we got a piece to go. OHMYGOSH!!! We got back to our rental and took a bite. We could not believe how absolutely delicious it was. And yes… it was the BESTCHEESECAKE we have EVER had. NOLIE! So… my hubby made the 20 minute drive back that night to go pick up 3 more pieces of cheesecake. Lastly…the prices here are unbelievably reasonable. 2 pizzas, 3 drinks, a salad and a piece of cheesecake cost us a mere $ 37.50. Where we’re from, one«gourmet» pizza that feeds 2 costs $ 20!!! If you are in the area or live here… GIVETHISPLACE A TRY! I know we’ll be back on our next trip to Bend!

Swung by for a late lunch and had the pleasure of meeting Ed and his team while we were in. Had a couple of pizzas, all very solid, and the hospitality was killer. Even though the food was great, it was the warm welcome from the owner and our server that’ll have us back. Well done!

Pisano’s was a place we ended our Mt Biking trip with. We ordered a Caprisi with Crostini. It was delivered without the Crostini. Prices for beer and wine are not only expensive but not listed or posted where you can make a decision on budget and taste. If the Pizza was not so good I would have given a lower rating. Prices seem to be a mystery and are un posted so be sure and ask prices before ordering.

The Tuscan wings were amazing. Super tender and juicy meat. The seasoning was a great mix of herbs, cheese and hot oil. full of flavor. Different than any other type of wing I’ve had before. And look forward to having them again. The Chicken Carbonara pizza was excellent. Big chunks of chicken. And the right amount of Pancetta, it did not over power the flavor of the sauce. A very well balanced pie. If I wasn’t afraid of a food coma before my 4 hour drive home. I would’ve ordered a 2nd. I will definitely make it a point to stop here whenever I’m in central OR.

Stopped for a late lunch on our way to sunriver. We tried the Extreme Hawaiian BBQ pizza on the recommendation of the staff. Terrific blend of sweet and spicy! Definitely worth the visit! We thought we’d eat the leftovers for dinner but it was just too tasty… We are the entire pizza in one sitting. Fortunately, we still room for the imported gelato!

The best pizza in Central Oregon, no joke. I LOVE the pizza here. It’s always cooked to perfection, and the owner is so nice! Amazing staff, mouth watering pizza, clean restaurant, doesn’t get any better than that.

This pizza was amazing. If you’re expecting something along the lines of chain pizza, this isn’t for you. This is luxurious top of the line Woodfired pizza. Fresh ingredients with simple toppings. The only thing i wouldn’t do is spend the money on an appetizer. We got the bruchetta. Good. But came with 5 pieces of bread for two people. Weird. But for $ 9.50 it just wasn’t worth it. Hubby and i couldn’t decide what pizza to get, they all(literally) looked amazing. All pizzas are 12″. We’d already planned to get two so we’d have leftovers. I ended up ordering the fillet minon pizza($ 17.50). Hubby ordered the BBQ Hawaiian($ 14.50). A. Maze. Ing! The biggest negative? I’ve now found my favorite pizza place and it’s over two hours from my home lol

Pisano’s Pizza You enter to the magical smell of a wood fired brick oven cooking what could only be delicious pizza. You are seated almost immediately and soon you are even greeted by the owner who is very personable and has just the right amount of stories to keep you entertained if you want to listen. With 5 excellent local beers on tap and an excellent wine selection, the adventure begins with the family sized Italian salad that is not overly oiled and just perfectly peppered. After the salad has disappeared, the pizza arrives. While only serving thin crust, I wouldn’t have it any other way here. At the perfect temperature, the pepperoni’s are toasted on the edges, the sausage spicy, the cheese delicious, and sauce to die for. This should be a place you need to try.

We recently ate at this restaurant. I’d like to note that in general the pizza was decent, but not worth the price we paid. We had a large group, and because of the large group, I expected a significant wait, but not 2 hours, which is how long we waited for our margherita pizza. Throughout our 2 hour wait I watched as the owner belittled his employees. I would have not written a negative review had it not been for how awful the owner treated his employees, on a somewhat busy evening. This place makes decent food, but there are many other pizza restaurants in the area with much smaller egos. For the price, you should enjoy another restaurant and support folks who treat their employees as humans. Please support folks who treat their employees well!

Went here two days in a row it was so amazing. The first day we went and a lady storming out the door said unless you want to wait an hour I wouldn’t waste your time… we thought about it… and we decided to have a beer while we waited… was it worth it? I’ve worked with pizza since I was 16 years old till I was 30 or so and had to leave the industry due to an overuse injury on the job. Pisanos pizza is a one of a kind very straight forward in what type of place it is by the menu and blown away by the flavors you will encounter just by the read. I am from the east coast and have a love for the industry. So one thing I need to add was that the staff was super kind. I have to say I was completely impressed watching the cook. They may have been a person short that night but they all worked together very well. The cook himself? Well he rolls out the dough flattens the dough while timing caramelized onions done in the wood fired oven while making other pies all while making sure he has just the right heat in the oven. I can’t write the experience down but it was very enticing to watch! The second time we were there we had the honor of meeting the owner! Super kind knowledgable and open about the aspiration of his image that he turned beautiful by the taste one left in their mouth my eating at his restaurant. He had us try the wings … I don’t know how else to describe them but … Wow wow wow … So much carefully picked flavor… they were perfect. Would I recommend eating here… All I can say is I wish there were one closer to me… The Diavola pizza is delightful along with Tuscan chicken wings … WoW

Tried Pisano’s for the first time today. Loved it, and this coming from a pizza snob. This is wood fired pizza at its best. We enjoyed the Diavola and the Mediterranea and some great craft beers. The pizzas were perfectly cooked with a crisp, thinner crust with a good bite. Diavola was nicely spiced with pepperoni that crisped and curled slightly on the edges. The mediterranea had fresh pesto, arugula, goat cheese and other amazing toppings that made it fresh and wonderful. Owner Ed was outgoing, and passionate about his pizza. Great variety of beer and wine. This place is a must visit, whether in Bend, Sisters, or Redmond. Definitely worth the short drive!
