Im heart broken, disappointed, pissed off, frustrated and down right broken. I feel so incomplete and taken advantage of. I’ve never been so disrespected at a hair salon. Or in Bend. Jayson Mitchell the owner of Posh Salon & Spa approached me by complementing my long curly hair emphasizing his specialty with my type of hair while I was shopping in kohls. I haven’t trusted anyone besides Autumn Lynn Pratt in the last 10 years and I won’t even let her cut it. But I’ve moved to Bend and had to take a chance thinking this guy was genuine and would do right by a potential client. I asked how much a full weave would be and he said he would do it for $ 85 because he really wanted me as a client. I DIDNT want my hair cut. I made that clear. I was still iffy with a trim but I let him proceed thinking he would respect my wishes and take off at most an inch and not charge me since I didn’t want my hair cut. The salon OWNER Jayson Mitchell then had some new girl Amanda start doing the foils as he was instructing her. I was confused and asked her how long she had been there. She told me two weeks. I was so uncomfortable. Not to mention they kept trying to get me to get a Brazilian blowout and he refused to do a full weave and only did partial. I don’t appreciate being treated as a new project. After being under the heat for less than 20 minutes Jayson’s wife came over and she had Amanda put more color in the foils. I knew something was off. After my hair wash Jayson didn’t want to straighten it because he didn’t want me to see the inconsistencies. Knowing this I said I want it blow dryed and straightened. He rudely said he would blow dry it but wouldn’t straighten it. Then he left and his wife took over and told me how much Amanda messed up and how I could come back and Jayson would have absolutely no problem going over the entire thing for free to fix it. Jayson rentered and didn’t touch my hair. It was around closing time but I had told him in advance it typically takes 3 hours for my hair to be done. When he came back in he said it was $ 105 and said absolutely not he would not do a full color correction for free and Amanda didn’t mess up. When his own wife was just showing me all that’s needs to be redone. Note how he said it would take a full color correction to fix it. I’ve never encountered an individual this rude. If he didn’t have the time he shouldn’t have booked me and said he could do it. I should have just walked out and not paid until he agreed to fix it but with all my confusion and how stunned I was I just gave him my card. My hair was down do my hips and it’s now chopped to my chest. I left in tears. It took me 10 years to get to the length I had and now it’s gone. My hair was what I cherished most and my best asset and he stripped it away having no regard as to how I felt and how disappointed I am especially after his wife said he would gladly fix it for free. He was so rude. He could have at least given me some sort of discount, anything really to repair the damage. I’m still in shock by how he treated me. Not only as a hair dresser but as the owner of a salon. I’m disgusted and would never recommend anyone to be a client. No one should ever be treated with such disrespect. It says they are all about people leaving feeling their best while I left feeling terrible. I went here because I wanted to look nice for myself in general and my loved ones funeral this weekend and they knew that. No compassion in any regard.

Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair. Went in for a color that I’ve never done before and it turned out better than I ever expected!!! I will definitely be coming back to her to maintain my color and cut. Thank you so much Amanda!

I love Posh salon! I can’t recommend them more. I would give 10 stars of I could. I’ve been having my hair done here since they opened. Hands down the best hair cuts I’ve had in the last 3 years! I won’t go anywhere else. Even when I’ve decided to completely change styles, I always leave with just the most beautiful hair. And I love all the other services they offer. I can’t wait to try some of them out. Friendly staff and knowledgeable in many areas.

Autumn has been doing my hair for quite some time now. She gives the best cuts I’ve ever had in my life! Her and all the other people there are friendly, fun, and fantastic. It’s comfortable, and a great location. They also offer services like eyelash tinting, facials, massages, etc… — overall they are easy to work with and I probably wouldn’t change to anywhere else.

This is the first salon I’ve been a regular at in years. I found Autumn Kirkwood on style seat. I love online booking, she is also very flexible and will work outside of her regular schedule if I need her to. She is funny and great company. The salon itself is welcoming and wonderful.
