We’ve been going to Kelly for about 6 months now & we are EXTREMELY PLEASED! We have a Cavalier King Charles & a Boxer. Both are rescue dogs & our boxer is very skittish. Kelly is really good with both of them. I like that I can text and sometimes if she has a cancellation I can get in same day if not next day. She has always been very professional and done a superb job. I have NEVER seen my dogs «shoved» in a cage. They’ve always been able to roam around in the yard. I’ve already recommended her to my daughter for her chihuahua and too many other friends. Our dogs are like our children so we wouldn’t take them anywhere that we thought they would be harmed. I would highly recommend Precious Paws to everyone!!!

I can’t speak of first hand experience but my sister has been going to this groomer for years and loves her. I wasn’t going to respond until I saw this previous Unilocaler, Jan unfairly trash her business. Unfortunately working in the customer service industry those type of complainers seem to vent their unhappy lives on Unilocal.My sister treats her two dogs like their children so I know she wouldn’t trust them with just anyone.

This is a horrible horrible place, don’t patronize! I took my small dogs in for grooming and they were immediately shoved in a cage, then the owner was combative with me, admonishing the dogs when they whined because I was standing right in front of them. I have gone to many wonderful and loving groomers and never shoved them in a cage. Kelly is rude, offensive and shouldn’t be working with animals or people. Also please read the scary indications in the not recommended reviews, this place should be out of business.

Please do not take your beloved pet to Kelly at Precious Paws. She has injured numerous pets… so many that she now has you sign a contract saying you cannot sue her. A friend referred me there, and after Kelly cut her tongue with scissors, she stopped going there. Another friend saw her pick up her dog by the scruff (about 20 lbs) after she nipped at her… well, what dog wouldn’t nip after being picked up by the scruff. She recently broke the leg of another friend’s Bichon. So sad. And she lied about how it happened. They couldn’t do much because of her contract. Why doesn’t she have liability insurance? I stopped taking my dog because she was really rough with her. She also insists she knows more about dog training and psychology than you do… even though I trained dogs for 20 years. Very frustrating to see anyone take their beloved pet to have her maim them. She needs to get out of the business because she is too short tempered with dogs and doesn’t now how to communicate with them.
