This was my first time getting lash extensions and it was an amazing experience. Rebecca Penny made me feel calm, heard, and she made the whole experience a joyful one. I would recommend her every time. I’m so excited about how well they came out!!!

I’ve worn lash extensions for a few years, but was concerned about finding a capable lash technician in a small town like Bend. I scoured Unilocal,Google, and even called and interviewed different salons. I was specifically looking for a lash technician that had more than a few years experience, and that had Asian clients, because my lashes are particularly straight and sparse. I found Rebecca through a referral.
Rebecca is extremely professional. She discusses what would work best for you, based on factors like your lash length, growth rate, thickness, and the look you’re going for. She also discusses care of your lashes so you get the longest wear time possible. It may sound crazy to go into that much detail on something as small as eyelashes, but if you’ve worn lash extensions, you know they are a time and money commitment/​investment, and you will appreciate her perfectionism. She’s also easy to work with, talk to, and punctual. Since you’ll be lying there, not moving, with your eyes closed for up to a couple hours, it’s important to have a friendly technician!
You’re not going to get the price breaks you’d find in a metropolitan city, because there are very few places in Bend that are experienced with lash extensions. However, the cost isn’t prohibitive, and I’m happy to pay for Rebecca’s level of quality work.

Rebecca is the best! I’ve been seeing her regularly for 2 years. She’s so laid back during my appointments… it really helps me feel comfortable while in some of the most uncomfortable positions (Brazilian bikini wax, anyone?). She is amazing with keeping her appointments… very professional. She is also pretty accommodating when I need to schedule on a wonky day. I highly recommend Rebecca!
