Located in a concrete stripmall, this cozy lounge and restaurant seems locked in filthy time, everything sorely needing attention from upholstery to ceilings to a sticky tack acquired by any surface — from menus to seats to bathroom doors in this musty establishment. Service is typically good though seafood quality can be hit-or-miss. Reasonable happy hour and good prime rib nights will keep me an occasional patron. Bend really needs a good bluecollar seafood place, and sadly this just can’t cut it. It’s the type of place whos clientele has been slowly dying off due to either old age or side effects of alcoholism.

Great out-of the-way lounge that doesn’t seem to cater to the hipster douchebag crowd which seems to be taking over Bend. The lounge and restaurant are a flashback to the 80’s but it ads to the laid back atmosphere. It’s nice to go and have a drink at a place where you can hear yourself talk. The lounge food specials are great, drinks are made right the first time and a nice casual place overall.

Our family was in town on vacation and looking for a nice place to enjoy some seafood. Roszac’s fit the bill perfectly: pleasant atmosphere, high quality food, tastefully preparation, good prices. We’ll be back!

Great happy hour in a delightfully outdated dingy lounge.

I ordered the halibut, which was a bit tough and fairly tasteless, but it wasn’t horrible. My daughter ordered sole, and she said it was OK; however, we specifically requested that it be prepared PLAIN and it came out covered in sauce, which my daughter ended up thinking was OK, but it still wasn’t what we had ordered. Very expensive, and no drink refills were offered until we were already finished with our meal(and who wants one at that point?!).

This was our first time at Roszaks and what a disappointment. I had read reviews on-line and for the most part they were decent. We encountered an outdated, somewhat dirty facility that looks like it had not been given any design thought since the 80’s. The food was bland, at best. I had the parmesean cod which was like eating rubber and my husband had the prime rib, which was recommended in the other review. Bland, Bland, Bland. There was nothing good about this restaurant.
