Excellent customer service… funny, friendly & attentive to your needs! I had a Shellac Pedicure, A fill with Shellac and Eyebrow Wax… all services were done in a timely manner, it was done exactly like I requested… The owner Joe works along side his employees and is quite funny!

We had a great time today! Great services, Great Service! What impressed me as much as the great service and treatment we got, were the two ladies that walked in at 4:45 for pedicures and they didn’t hesitate and started running their water! Fun Place!

I’m writing this as I’m still sitting in the salon. I am so happy with my experience here! Everyone was super friendly and payed attention to my needs. I have had horrible experiences with nail salons in bend but this place was great. I will definitely be back.

Great place! They really stick to who makes a reservation, which is great! All the girls there are well trained, friendly, and professional. The owners are a little bossy to their workers. That made it a little awkward. Other then that it was a very pleasant visit. Will defiantly go back next time I’m in town.

I was 100% satisfied with the service and the products at this salon! They offered wine, made you feel at home, and I loved it! Definitely would recommend to anyone stopping into Bend or are trying to find a new place! I now will make this my new regular place!

Went here with two friends for pedicures. We made appointment ahead of time and when we arrived they were ready for us even tho the shop was pretty busy. I appreciate that, so many nail shops take walk ins and then the appointments end up having to wait a bit. All three of us had gals that were interactive and very pleasant. They serve complimentary wine in real glasses. I had a very nice leg massage with just the regular pedicure. I like the hot towel wrap at the end. No hot wax dip with the regular pedicure but overall I was very pleased. Not a fancy shop but $ 25 for a very nice pedicure. I would definitely come back.

The best service and quality of products I have ever been. I have been coming here for 15 –20 years even in Salem. Most hospitable and friendly. Royal Nails in Bend is awesome !
