This review is based solely on my experience with a single online purchase from Sew Many Quilts. I have not been to the retail location. I placed an order in early December for a small item which was to be a Christmas present. The website showed the item in stock and available. I received an email from their customer service the following day saying they had sold the last one of those items«that day» and that they would ship one to me when next they had them in stock. Now, more than a month later, I do not have my order and they have failed to respond to repeated emails to their customer service email address. I will not do any online business with them again. EDIT: I never heard back from this business. They don’t appear to check the email account they tell people to use for contacting them and web sales.

I was on a road trip and made it a point to seek out quilt shops in our path. I was very disappointed when I stopped at «Sew Many». When I went in the shop none of the staff had the curtisy to say«Hi» or even give me a smile. The fabric was the usual stuff so this lack of customer service didn’t encourage me to shop very hard… I left the shop without making any purchases. The next shop down the road was BJ’s …they were much more friendly and got my money.

A must-stop for all quilters. Gorgeous EVERYTHING. I wandered in here on a road trip and the staff was so friendly and kind. It was 20 minutes before close but they encouraged me to shop as much as I wanted. The quilts on the walls were drop-dead gorgeous. Don’t forget to look up.

Their fabric is so very pretty… I must buy more to add to my collection! I was devastated when I drove by the old«Sew Many Quilts» store to find the windows dark and the space empty. Until I was told they moved… and they are now less than a mile from my house! Now I can ride my bike to the shop, buy as much fabric as will fit in my cute wicker basket, and ride home to sew. But wait! I am tired from the bike ride and all that shopping. I need a nap first! I will just wash and neatly fold my new fabric, and save it for a future project. It’s too pretty to cut, anyways! The exact number of «future projects» looming in my boxes of pretty fabric is undetermined. But I am sure they will all turn out beautifully, made from the materials I purchased at Sew Many Quilts.(Some day!)
