Jean Paul of Sunshine windows does a wonderful job and is everything one could want as a business person. The windows look amazing and he charges far less than other window services we have used. His is the only company we have used in the last 5 years and we have never been disappointed. I recommend his service without reservation! Btw, my house is 4300+ square feet and he charges us within the estimate the other person complained about. I have to believe there is more to that story.

Quoted a fairly reasonable $ 250 – 300 on phone for 3000 square foot house and 2-​story shop. He asked if I wanted him to come out and do a quote first and I declined, figuring it would raise the price. BIG MISTAKE. Do have him do quote well in advance and don’t tell him you have an urgent deadline. When he got here, saw the house was pretty nice, and knew we were moving in two days and had no time to get another vendor, he doubled the price to a whopping $ 500! I declined and he dropped to $ 400, and we had little choice, though we should have sent him packing. He only worked two hours and his assistant showed up late to work ½ hour. That said, he seemed polite and did a decent job.
