This was the worst experience I have ever had. Taco Bell was my fav for fast food we paid $ 3 extra for cheese that was not put on our taco. We were missing part of our order. When we arrived back at hotel and sat down to eat we realized all of this was wrong it was late so I called the manager to see what could be done to correct this and he said sorry we will try to do better. I hope in the future they do better customer service and act more like adults.

In general, I think reviewing fast-foods restaurant is a fool’s errand run by uncultured bumblefucks. However, with Taco Bell, there is a single and relevant criteria: «Do you serve the Chili Cheese Burrito(formerly known as the ‘Chilito’?» If «yes,» 5-stars. If «no,» 1-star.

Tim C has provided me far and above the best customer service experience I have seen. He is friendly to everybody and makes everyone feel important. My first interaction with him shocked me because of how friendly and kind he was. I realized that excellent customer service was provided to every person that came in. Even one lady placed an order after me and was having a terrible day but Tim was able to show kindness to her and served her well. I just wish other restaurant owners take a note of the device Tim provides because it makes me want to go back there just because of him. It also seems like everybody provides great a great customer experience.

Tim C. who took my order on 4÷4÷14 was fabulous! He is the definition of customer service with his positive attitude. Oh and the food was good too.

It’s a Taco Bell. What more do you want? Plus I’ve never got food poisoning from this one. Just wish the bathrooms had paper towels.
