Have been using VPM for several years. They are a great management company.
We’ve dealt with bad property management companies over the past decade and glad to have found VPM.

VPM is the best! I am currently leasing from Vernon Property Management and I have to say that they have been excellent. They have responded immediately to urgent repairs, even on a Sunday afternoon in the worst of winter storms. The owner Petra is also a neighbor and has been very respectful of my privacy. They are dog and kid friendly which can be hard to find in Bend.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Not only have they raised rent over $ 150/​month but they cash checks that are post marked and have no problem putting people in avoidable predicaments. With comments like «good luck finding something else» i hope these guys do not get a single renter ever again!!!
I would love to get personal and even call names, im that mad. Call it a rant whatever but bottom line is this one, like many other PM agencies, does not give one sh1t about anyone and only sees $$$. Karmas a you know what and life is short!

Instead of talking to me in a normal tone of voice, Robin, with a very mean tone, also at some points yelled at me. For having 3 ESA registered dogs instead of 2 (which is illegal for her to kick me out for having ESA pets). Robin also told me in her opinion that she hates barking dogs and that I have to buy bark collars. Even though I’m outside with them every day making sure for a fact that they don’t bark. She lost the paperwork for my permanent roommate but lied and said he was a temp only. If he was a temp only then why didn’t she kick him out over a year ago? I said let’s fix this and I’ll fill out the paperwork AGAIN and she yelled «there’s not fixing this». So I said maybe i should fine a new place to live and she yelled «good». She’s just a mean spirited person and I do not recommend having property through her. I am not the only person she has taken her anger out on. Talk to my neighbors.
