I can’t begin to explain how helpful Ross has been when ordering my new bike. Unfortunately for me, street trials riding is not very popular where I live so I had to find another bike store who was a distributor for inspired bikes. I found webcyclery via the inspired website and placed an order. Ross emailed me immediately after placing the order for a Skye V2 confirming everything. Then I decided to upgrade and he changed the order to the Skye Team V3 for me right away, then he also helped me find the upgraded brakes I wanted and is installing them on the bike for me too! What awesome service! They definitely take care of their customers and keep them in the loop.
I am very pleased with this company and their response time to emails is A+!!!
I will absolutely purchase all my future spare parts through this company from now on. I wish these guys were my local bike store. :p

WebCyclery is as good as it gets in my book. The knowledge of the staff is exceptional and the mechanics they have working there are top notch. I have purchased 4 bikes from them and they are patient and helpful in picking out the perfect bike. They stock a great selection of bikes and have a huge rental fleet. Good guys. I had a bent rear wheel on my low priced bike. They bent it back into shape and got me back on the road for a very inexpensive price. They know their stuff and will treat you fairly. What more can you ask for. They can be a bit busy now that the weather is warming up but that’s to be expected.

These guys really go the extra mile to help you out.
They provided outstanding help for my trip to race in the USAC National Championships.

These guys are awesome. Quality shop, great stock on parts, and friendly staff. They are also huge advocates of the local cycling scene and put on some great events (Chainbreaker XC race for one example). They also have an online store, so if no one else in town has a part you’re looking for, it’s always worth giving them a shot. Definitely a good spot if you’re in the hunt for fat bikes, cyclocross, or trials, but they also stock a wide-​variety in road, mountain, and touring.

Very helpful shop for both beginners and the more experienced. Little on the spendy side for us beginners but still a great place for good quality equipment.

I’ve always had good experiences here, the staff is very knowledgeable and their mechanics are top-​notch. They also do everything they can to get your bike back to you in a timely manner. Some will claim they’re expensive, but worse-​case you’ll pay retail. Yes, you might be able to find parts, etc cheaper on-​line and wait 5 – 7 business days to get them but if you’re willing to pay a couple bucks more to ride sooner than later, this is the best place in town for parts and service.

I am in from out of state for the masters cycling road national championships. When I first arrived into town I looked up local shops and found WebCyclery sponsors one of the local teams, and they have good Unilocal reviews. I went in earlier in the week looking for some specific cold/​wet riding gear. They didn’t have what I needed but they were super helpful in suggesting where I might find what I was looking for. They proceeded to show me a website they rely on for local weather and gave me a complete tutorial on the site.
A few days later I am out for a ride as a pre race tune up and my front dérailleur is rubbing. I spend about an hour trying to figure it out myself. I ride into WebCyclery. They stop what they are doing and help me out. They fixed the problem and got it done in 15 minutes. Stellar shop! Excellent customer service. Knowledgable and courteous. I wish they were in my town. The people in Bend are lucky!

We had a great experience with this shop.
1) They rent top of the line bikes. I came in from out of town with time for one ride in Bend and found them renting my dream bike: Niner Jet 9.
2) Their rental bikes are clean, tuned, and the suspension dialed in for my body weight. It rode like a dream. Saving my pennies… I might go back just to buy from them.
3) Super friendly, patient, and accommodating. Helped me select a ride. Set me up with map, etc…

I am a big fan of Webcyclery. I have only shopped on the webstore, and have had a great experience. They built a custom wheel for me and I picked up some harder-​to-​find single speed conversion accessories. They are now apart of a few online bike shops that I frequent. They have that bicycle passion!

I was about to start a 5-​day mountain bike trip around central Oregon and desperately wanted to replace the new and functional but extremely loud brake pads my local shop had installed. The friendly and knowledgeable guys at WebCyclery pointed me at another set of pads that never made a squeak or squeal and provided plenty of stopping power.

I bought my husband the latest DVD from Ryan Leech. He is an amazing trials bike rider. You show this video to some supple minded kid and it may just change their whole idea of riding a bike.
This is a great company and they even hand write a little thank you note with your purchase. I love stuff like that.

Easily the best experience i have ever had shopping online. I have ordered everything from lubricants and small parts to complete bikes from these guys and their service is spectacular. Two of the times I ordered from them I quickly received an email stating that they could save me some money and still get the items to be on the quoted delivery date by changing the shipping options, and asking me if it was OK to do so. Both times I said yes. Both times I got an immediate refund for the difference in shipping and the items arrived on time.
Some vendors would just go ahead and pocket the difference and never let you know they had changed the shipping.
They sell great products, are very knowledgeable, and most importantly they are honest and very communicative… an extremely rare combination for an online shop.
