In the bay area on business. stayed with family couple of blocks away. Left Thursday morning for home. Tired. Woke up at 5, got car and 3yo packed and ready to go. Pulled in to get gas at 830am. Had to go inside to get receipt, pump wouldn’t print. So here is where it goes south. Inside: No cashier at register. She’s in the back«playing» on her phone. Still f-ing with it when she comes to the front. Doesn’t say good morning or any other greeting just stares at me. Me: «I need a receipt for the pump» Her: «Which pump» Me: «I am the only customer outside and just filled up. There are no other cars here, can’t you see which pump it was? i didn’t take notice of the pump # when I came in». Her: «I don’t know what pump you used.» Me: I point outside. «The last one on this side. Its hidden from inside here so I do not know the number.» Do you not know the number of the pumps in the station you work at?“ Her: «I don’t know» You’ll need to tell me the pump number.“ Me: I step outside and see #1 then #3, I assume #5. Her: She prints the receipt and throws it on the counter. No $h!t, seriously. Doesn’t hand it to me or say thank you. Walks back to the back of the store and resumes«playing» with phone. On my way out I mention she should spend some time getting to know how to do her job better. I also grumbled another suggestion for her under my breath. My message to you all, even though the 7 – 11 across the street is a few pennies more and the new pumps are bit finicky. Go there instead. They are more courteous and professional. If you are the owner of this establishment, review your schedule for the morning of May 26th2016 and do yourself and customers a favor and fire the witch.

I wish I could give more credit to this station but I cannot. Several times in the recent past I have gone in to get gas and diesel and the pumps are either broken or not working properly. Last time the diesel pump was putting out less than an old man with prostrate problems. I would guess that their maintenance program is lacking or non-existent…not good unless you enjoy having fuel system problems in your car. Frequently, the credit card machines at the pumps are broken or you can’t read the screen and are forced to go inside. Same for receipts. Where is the maintenance? Obviously, there is none. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because their Blue Rhino propane prices are usually the best around. Other than that I now go to 7 – 11 for gas. That’s not much of a compliment. I will let you know if they improve but I am not holding my breath.

They won’t let you use bathrooms, the clerk is very rude and unhelpful and a lot of the pumps don’t work or are very slow to pump gas.
