I have had back and neck pain most of my adulthood. I also suffer from chronic migraines. I started a long time ago, seeing Shawna, and mostly on breaks from college and professional school. About 3 – 4 years ago, I fully committed to seeing Shawna every 6 – 8 weeks, gradually seeing her monthly. At first I did 60 min sessions but now I see her 90 mins and do not regret it. She is punctual, professional, and super sweet. She is amazing at what she does. I feel so much better after our sessions, and have seen a decrease in pain. My family has seen her colleagues as well and all have nice things to say! Can’t go wrong, and the price is right!
I look forward to my next session!

I was in excruciating pain for the past three days and scoured Unilocal to find a service provider with good ratings. First, let me say I’m a bit annoyed by providers closed on Mondays because if you have weekend pain, you want to be seen on a Monday! Nevertheless, I called James, he picked up and I scheduled an appointment.
I paid online using PayPal. Not sure if that’s really the way they want it, but the option was there, which was super convenient for me. I booked an hour long, deep tissue, massage, focusing on my upper body and it was wonderful. I went in with very little range of motion, and intense pain, and walked out with tremendous improvement. I’ll be back because I know I need a few more sessions to knock the problem out.

James can work magic on relieving pain. He is very professional and has done wonders with his particular skills in deep tissue massage and fascia massage. Most recently I had hurt my shoulder from a fall. It was painful to put on my jacket. After one appointment I have experience great freedom from pain. I highly recommend James for therapeutic massage.

I visited James at this location for a massage last month because he was highly recommended. It was a very wise choice. He is absolutely awesome with the neck and upper back! I had been having problems for months and at times, needed to take Advil, pain pills, or put ice on my back.
After going to James, I felt pretty good for about 2 weeks. Although I know that I needed to go back, at least I wasn’t in bad pain.
I visited again this week, and once again, great work on back and neck and much less pain.
Before I forget, I had no problem getting appointments. I was able to get an appointment at 6:30 in the evening which really fits into my working schedule.
