We used Jim 3 years ago to redo our master bathroom. He came highly recommended by my parents who used him to add on a new laundry room/pantry. Now I know why! He is incredibly detailed oriented, friendly, hires only the best subcontractors and communicates constantly throughout the entire project. He is the only person I feel I could let manage his project and will get it done right. (every other project we’ve done — deck, roof, etc. has required some handholding.) Did I mention he is detail oriented? We will not hesitate to use him again — in fact, we plan to use him when we do our kitchen this summer!

Jim was recommended to us when we were considering a «minor» bathroom remodel and we’re delighted that he was: «Minor» took on a life of it’s own and became major, Jim and his team was there every step of the way and what could have been a DISASTER turned out just fine (and now we have not just a remodeled bathroom but what’s essentially a completely new plumbing system!). These guys are the best!

We were extremely satisfied with the entire process for adding a room to our townhouse, from drawing up the plans with the architect through the finishing of the area. All of his sub-contractors did an excellent job, and with only insignificant time and cost overruns, which are to be expected with a project as large as the one we were attempting.
We also called him for two separate small emergency water damage projects, and both were completed in a very tight time frame without any ridiculous extra charges.
We did three bids before starting the major project, and Jim came in at the best price, and we had the most confidence in him during the bidding process as well. The quality of his and his sub-contractor’s work was excellent. And really, he’s just a friendly, unflappable guy, which makes huge projects so much easier to handle! We will definitely use Jim for our projects going forward.
