The designs are 4 if not 5 stars, let’s get that straight. But the customer service leaves a few things to be desired, such as the shirt I purchased but never received. He was gracious enough to let me still donate via purchasing a Kickstarter 3-pack despite having narrowly missed the deadline. More than 2 months later, email correspondence indicated that the shirts were scheduled to be shipped. I was okay with this. I took it as a sign that his business was booming, which was what I had hoped to bring about through my donation. Another ½ month later, I heard that two of the shirts had shipped and that the third was to be restocked the following month. Fast-forward an additional 4 months to today. I may have eventually gotten the third shirt had I made more follow-up inquiries, but the point is I feel I shouldn’t have to chase someone down. I wish this business the best, and I in no way regret donating to its rebirth after the theft of its mobile HQ. Yet my purchase-to-product experience could have been tighter.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a T-shirt from them and didn’t get it after two weeks after ordering. Two voicemails and 3 emails later I get an email saying my order hadn’t shipped. The owner David Murray apologized and said he would send the t-shirt out ASAP and also send me a free additional one. Never got the additional t-shirt he said he would send. Company is a joke. There are better T-shirt shops out there, which sucks because I actually do like many of their designs. Don’t say you are going to do things and then not do them.
