I have shopped here throughout the last 25 years… Always superb quality. The store is amazing. I never never left without buying something I love or love giving. Trendy designers making simply beautiful objects. Jewelry is incredibly compelling… Whimsical plates, bowls and teapots. chocolates and one of a kind cards… a variety of large and small treasures crafted all exquisitely for the discerning shopper. Gifts are artfully wrapped and your shopping bag is Robin’s egg blue. Treat yourself and enjoy !!!

Such a cute little shop with great artistic house finds and gift ideas. It’s my go-to place for a quick gift for someone. They’re gift wrapping is so awesome — the paper is divine.

I have been shopping at this store on and off throughout the years and have really enjoyed the store and the service. I have found unique gifts as well as nice artisan jewelry for myself. Something has happened to the feel of this store lately, and the customer service has really gone down hill. Donna is a wonderful sales person and very upbeat. This is not directed at her, because I had a very pleasant experience with my interaction with her. But I have to tell you my last few visits to the store have left me feeling like the customer is not really valued at all. When I was in a few months ago, with a few girlfriends, Leah was downright rude. She was not in a good mood and it definitely was evident to anyone who was in the store. She did not interact with the customers or try to offer any assistance. She never used to be like this. When I was in last Friday, I voiced a complaint to Donna that I had never gotten a response to an inquiry I had made to have one of the artists possibly make me a pair or matching earrings for the necklace I had just purchased. She was very accommodating and assured me she would take care of this. But I feel the ball was dropped with Leah She is, and has been, preoccupied and not at all approachable for the customers that come into her store. She was there this last Friday and again was very standoffish. I get the distinct impression that she does not want to interact with her customers. Well, after giving it some thought, I have decided that I do not want to come into this kind of store where the owner makes the patrons feel unwelcome, and doesn’t offer any kind of greeting, or acknowledgement. There is no excuse for this! There are lots of great stores out there with quality craftsman. This last experience was a real turn-off and I’m not going to return there in the future. I can spend my money elsewhere where my business is at least acknowledged.

I love Studio 41! The best cards and assortment of treasures, including jewelry. Plus the best chocolates. Just a fun shop with great merchandise.

I first shopped here many years ago & still have the items I purchased throughout my home! Living in the same town, one seems to forget about the places nearby(oh, they’ll be there later!). So, after getting my hair done at P. S. Hair Studio, I was parked by Studio 41& decided to go in! And Im glad I did. It is a very tasteful shop, and a lovely experience. Leah, the owner, doesnt hoover over you, which is nice, but lets you know she is available for any questions, help, etc. I usually will walk around a shop twice, just in case I missed something the first time! Im glad I did this time! I ended getting me a little something, something I have seen online before and glad I found it in person! My gift was under $ 25– but there are beautiful items that I have never seen before a little more expensive! Just remember you’re also getting quality, not some mass produced item you see everywhere! Look behind the back counter where you pay, at the beautiful candlesticks made of some kind of exotic wood. They are not small, but nowhere near gawdy. Elegant, I think is the word! And maybe my next purchase-after I break open my piggy banks! Studio 41 is a treat in good taste & art. Having one of a kind greeting cards, seasonal decorations, herbs & spices, jewelry and so much more! Treat yourself next time youre in Benicia & stop in this beautiful shop!

I had been to Studio 41 a while ago with all my girlfriends and everyone enjoyed browsing the great selections of craft and gourmet items, one girl even bought a tea sets for present. Recently my friend Susan introduced me to Studio 41’s owner, Leah, and I re-visit this place, with different understanding of this cute crafty shop. I learned that Leah opened this studio when she turned 41(hence the name) and ALL the crafts she carries are made in USA, truly domestic art. The shop offers unique gift for all occasion with the price range from $ 5 — $ 1000, definitely an one stop shopping experience!
