Super Stop

If I could give less than a star I would. The stupid lady that works behind the counter told me that even though I pulled a $ 20 bill out of their ATM machine, she wouldn’t be able to give me change even though I was buying something, UNLESS I spent $ 8 or more… She said she could not break a 20 on any given day because it takes the change from her drawer for the whole day. Are you joking??? Not to mention she had the shittiest attitude on the planet. There are way too many places to shop in Benicia to put up with that BS. It wasn’t a $ 50 bill or a $ 100 bill, it was a damn 20 and I am a paying customer. Dumb cunt. I will never set foot in there again, and with all the other options in the same plaza, I urge everyone else to steer clear of that place too.

This place, although has everything you may need, has the some of the worst customer service ever.
The guy behind the counter, Diltar, has no right to treat any human being with the lack of respect that he does. It’s all about the customer service and I understand, you’re only the manager of a «quick stop» shop, but you should always try to build a company’s revenue and positive presence in a community.
