Unilab Quest Diagnostics

Ridiculously slow. 20 people in the waiting room. One person in back. They have a check in list but completely ignore it as they call people.

I’ve been to this location 3 times, 2 of which have been in the last 5 days. The waiting room is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the wait is never a long one. My phlebotomist was quick & smooth. Didn’t feel a thing

I always wonder why Quest is understaffed here. It is taking about 20 min a person to process and draw blood. Yet when I finally get in the room it’s 2 minutes.
The tech said she was the only one on duty and a room full if 12 people waiting.

This lab does not follow-​up on standing orders. They let them expire and shred them. I waited close to an hour before being told they couldn’t do the test. They need to have a follow-​up plan with the doctors or at least call the patient (their customer) and let them know their s/​o has expired.

Had to go in for a glucose blood test to test for gestational diabetes (almost 40 weeks pregnant). We were going to go to the one near Sutter Solano hospital but through Unilocal found the one on Columbus parkway. We live in Benicia so I made an appointment for this one (thank you to the first reviewer) as we live in benicia. We had an appointment for 9:15, got there at 9:10. Seen by 9:15. Test was done in 2 minutes and we were out the door. There was only one other person waiting. Highly recommend going to this one and making an appointment instead of the one in vallejo near the hospital. Very clean, friendly staff, in and out.

I hate doing blood tests. In general anything that has to do with some type of doctors office, I hate. So I thought this place was located in the medical offices that were a block away but I was wrong. Got on GPS, it was wrong. So I called to find out where they were located. They are in the same shopping center as chevron and Burger King, I would have never guessed. Anyways, walked right in, signed in, waited no more than 5 minutes and was taken back… I have never had so short of a wait even with an appointment! That made me incredibly happy… Next, gave blood tests… Get this, first try she found the right spot! Annnnnnddddd no bruising!!! If I ever have to do blood stuff again, this is the location ill come to. Thank you Kayla (I think that is your name) for making my visit so great!
