This AC Moore is the closest to me, but it’s also the worst location. Right now, they are attempting to move everything completely around in the store,(I was told bc the store is old and this is their way of fixing it up) and it’s a mess, with staff everywhere but at the registers where you need them. This is the third time I have come in to get some seasonal items and they have already moved onto the next season! It’s not even March yet, and almost everything is gone and they are moving onto Easter already as of last week. They have done the same thing for the past 3 – 4 holidays. I would like to shop for my holiday stuff on time, not 3 months prior! Whoever manages this store is terrible. I’ll be getting the rest of my stuff on Amazon or Target from now on. This isn’t worth the hassle anymore. And who’s decision was it to move baking stuff to the front now near the registers? That’s the most useless aisles! Bad marketing and managing. Please get this store running proper!

This AC Moore is the closest to my house, therefore one in which I frequent on an extremely regular basis. As I’ve reviewed at another location, this store is my jam. It spreads ever so smoothly on my crafty idea sandwich. Tons and tons of stuff that can suit all creative minds. There are always coupons and sales on the hap. Spray paint is a little pricey, but who the hell wants to buy paint at AC Moore anyway. No issues with this location. Most of the employees seem pretty pleasant and kept busy. I don’t expect people to say hi to me just because I walked by them, but most these folks do it anyway. Rock on.

Customer service is okay, wasn’t impressed. I asked where a particular item was and didn’t get a direct answer; ended up searching the store and finding it myself. Some of the employees seem to enjoy personal conversations with each other while checking out customers — not the most professional

The framers are clearly busier having personal conversations than trying to help customers. I was looked at like an inconvenience when trying to get some information and given short answers as if I were rude to interrupt.

We shop at AC Moore alot — usually at the one on Comubus Blvd — but also at this location — which is nicer and cleaner. They all have the same layout — so we head straight to the scrapbooking and paining supplies. If you have a coupon — you can get some good deals.

It’s a chain store, sure, with the same items most of the other AC Moore stores have. The usual stuff; scrapbooking, ribbon, fake flowers, and that damn eucalyptus smell like you’ve fallen into a bag of cough drops.(Sometimes you can almost see the little fumes, like in the Halls commercial!) ~~~~ PROS: This particular store has a good selection of mill-ends yarn, but NOT all the time. Another time, they had a boatload of those acid-free shoes boxes for photos. Next visit? All gone. Again, the coupons come in your e-mail, so that makes it easier than those crankies over at Michael’s. In a shopping center that also has a Goodwill. Park once, shop twice. CONS: It’s all the way down near the end of Street Road, and you can get whacked trying to get into the parking lot if you’re not careful. Heck, you can get whacked IN the parking lot.
