Babies R Us

I just wanted to complain about Babys r us at Oxford Valley Mall area pa. Every time we have went there to purchase from a baby registry the merchandise is never where it should be and we always have to get help. We have visited 4 times over several years what a JOKE of a store. Please read this management and get a life!

This is my go to location. Not only is it convenient for me to get to but they also have a great selection. I’ve never had a problem finding what I needed and/​or finding help when I needed it. The sales associates I’ve come in contact with were very knowledgable. I had a 10% off coupon that I was going to use to finish up my registry. The lady who was checking me out told me not to use the coupon because if I did then they wouldn’t send me the gift certificate. With your registry you get a certain percent of what the purchases totaled from your registry in a gift certificate sent to you. Apparently you can only use one or the other. The store I registered at never told me this. If I used the coupon I only would of saved $ 30. Instead I waited for the gift certificate which was almost $ 200. This sales associate was AWESOME and I appreciate her helping me and being honest. She saved me loads. I will definitely go back here and recommend to anyone I know to use this store.

Terrible customer service! The employees are unknowledgable and don’t even known what products they carry. Completely useless! If you don’t know exactly what your going for and may need any kind of help make the drive to buy buy baby, they are great and trained in the products they carry.

My first solo trip to babies r us… a little weird. kinda like stepping into a womens shoe store… picked up some cool stuff but paid some serious dough for it. Good store but damn be prepared to throw down the green.
