Courtyard Marriott

Perfect for our quick overnight before my son’s early morning hockey game nearby. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, microwave. Everything is shiny and new, and the staff is friendly and helpful. REALLY helpful in the morning when the adjoining doors between our two rooms locked inexplicably and I was locked out of my room (the door to the hallway was bolted too!). The guy from the front desk cam up and helped out, and got the door opened. Perfect timing because we had a 7:30 am hockey game to get to!

I just had a terrible experience at this courtyard Marriott. I arrived at midnight in January with a room fully booked two weeks in advance. Upon arrival I was told that the hotel was overbooked.
These things happen so I was not terribly upset. However, the front desk clerk named Shane failed miserably in an effort to try and find me another hotel for that night.
It was a long and confusing hour I spent at the front desk before I finally bit the bullet to call my companies expensive after hours Travel emergency service to help me get a room for the night. I should have called them much earlier on because now the Marriott has taken an hour of my life that could much been better spent sleeping.
While I can’t really give this hotel much of a review because I only saw the front desk, I will sum up an otherwise tedious and boring travel woe to say that night shift (Shane) at the Courtyard Marriott is incompetent and needs some serious customer service training.

Much like the other reviews of this hotel, I agree that it was clean and nice! The hotel and room were in pristine condition. Looks like the hotel was recently renovated, but I’m not sure if it actually was. Room has numerous power charging stations.
4 stars is the highest I will give a courtyard type of hotel.

What a pleasant surprise! New, clean, modern. It is a center city quality hotel in Bensalem. Staff was pleasant. No sit down restaurant, but a Starbucks and café with a healthy menu. Ample parking. Free wifi. Big room, although I did get a suite, not sure what the regular rooms look like. Fair price. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel, the road sign is hidden off State Road, so the turn to the hotel is easy to miss…

One of the best Marriott stays I’ve ever had. Brand new hotel. Excellent interior design of public and private spaces. Great, small gym with top notch equipment. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Spotless cleanliness everywhere. Microwave and refrigerator in room. High end bathroom. Staff was beyond freindly. Font desk clerks Jennen and Keanna were so helpful and treated us like we were family. If you’re visiting in New Hope, Philadelphia, or nearby check out this oasis. I can’t wait to go back!

Brand new hotel opened few months ago, good location for my meetings. Opposite Parx casino plenty of restaurants close by. Love the new contemporary style rooms and great décor. Nice lobby /​work area by the Bistro. Will return.

No bath tubs. I like to take baths. Reg guest room very small. Stayed 2 nights. Second night we paid extra for a bigger room. No actual sit down restaurant. It’s more like a Starbucks counter. Beds were comfortable. Tvs too small. And in an odd place.
