7-​7-​2015 Went to croydon mattress factory. Staff was busy and politely stated that they would be with me next. My turn, ask my question-​tried firmness. I wasn’t buying a big money item. The male sale clerk (does not rate salesman tittle). Stop with me and asked this other customer a question. Told me he would be right back. I was ready to buy. After a few minutes he said «I be right back I going to write him up». I stood there in shocked. My sale was 668.00 plus tax. I decided that was a sign. AS I walked by him, I said «I don’t play that way-​very bad business».
I decided to stop at Boscov’s. Found what I wanted, was firmer, got a higher box spring out of the 2 choices. The set was 699.00 with there discount wheel 15%, another open charge account discount, 10 year warrant, free delivery/​old take away and saturday delivery. With tax 529.80 total.
