Korman has gotten some bad reviews on the Internet. However I just moved in about a month ago. The leasing office is very nice, huge beautiful pool, nice gym. My husband and I decided to pay a bit more because we wanted an upgrade model. We got stainless steel in the kitchen, cherry wood, full size washer dryer, huge bedrooms, and I glass shower. Very nice. We are pleased. The area where we are is in a nice housing development, it’s safe and they have the trees and yards staying beautiful. We have not had any issues. Hope this helps!

Now that I’m back in the market for finding an apartment to settle into I so very miss the year that I spent at the Korman Communities Bucks Co. complex in Bensalem. Three years ago, I had a two bedroom apartment with a full-​size washer and dryer that looked out until a scenic creek and path, ample closet space for all my crap, huge kitchen and an incredible commute to just about everywhere in NE PA – all for under $ 1200. If only I could find those kind of amenities in the NY/​CT area! Miss you, Korman!
