Fly by night is a good description. Bought this groupon as a gift — no one ever answered the phone in order to schedule an appointment. My husband finally went in personally to set up an appointment, they were rude and dismissive. When finally we were able to set up a time and asked for a total quote it was 3 times what the groupon indicated! Pauls could have cared less and again were beyond rude when cancelling. Luckily when I reported my experience to groupon they immediately refunded the purchase price. I went somewhere else and got the exact price and an expedient appointment. Don’t buy this groupon.
