The store is very clean and plenty of available parking. I ordered an Italian, it was very good and the meat was fresh. My only complaint would be the roll. It was a bit tough, I wish Primos offered another kind of roll.

I literally just finished eating a hoagie from this Primo location. I was so disappointed that I needed to write a review right away. Let me start off by saying that I have been eating Primo hoagies from multiple locations for many years. I’ve always been a fan. However, the past 3 – 4 times that I’ve ordered from this location my roll has been horribly stale. I always get a small so it’s not the hard seeded roll that they use for their Primo size hoagies. The roll was crumbling and falling apart as I ate it. It actually made me really mad because all of the other ingredients were perfect but I couldn’t enjoy my lunch because it was so stale. I was too hungry and on my lunch break so I couldn’t just go take it back. I can’t say that I won’t be back since this location is so close to my work but I hope they see this review and stop using stale rolls. If they redeem themselves over my next few visits then I will update my review because I really really want to be able to give them more stars.

So this is the most amazing sub I’ve had in awhile! The meat was sooo fresh and tender. I had the Italian Diablo so it was a little spicy and the bread was perfect. They made it how I wanted it and wrapped it up to go for me. The counter guy was helpful and I can’t wait to go back

I’ve always had mixed feelings towards Primo, including this location. I like Primo’s use of quality ingredients and extensive menu. Their Italian meats(prosciutto, salami, capicola, etc) and toppings(long hots, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone, etc) all have great flavors that complement many of Primo’s offerings well. Their bread is an authentic, Philly style roll combining a nutty, crispy crust with a dense but soft and flavorful crumb. So why only three stars? Primo lacks a certain commitment to the craft of sandwichery that is found at your local deli or hoagie house like Lee’s or Slack’s. Because Primo is a rapidly growing franchise the hoagies are often inconsistent. One day you’ll have a perfectly constructed sandwich, the next day you’ll have one that falls apart at the first bite or, even worse, a hot sandwich that arrives ice cold. When you’re shelling out over $ 8 bucks a hoagie(which is more than Paesano’s in the city, whose sandwiches are among the best in the country) you need consistency. Limited hours(open only until 7PM) also lower this rating. The individual components of a Primo hoagie sound good on paper, and when properly put together rival any other sandwich. However, this is often not the case, and I can’t wholeheartedly recommend you spend $ 8 – 9 on a hoagie that may or may not be good.
