I wanted a mani/pedi with regular polish. My nails were already trimmed and shaped. I asked for a clear coat of gel polish to finish my nails. A girlfriend said this allowed her mani to last over 2 weeks without a full gel manicure. The salon flat-out refused to do it. Okaaaayyy… I got the mani/pedi anyhow and it cost $ 50! That is crazy expensive and I will not be returning to this salon.

The worst place I have ever went to get my nails done EVER! I was in town for an event and needed a pedicure. We were by the mall so I figured let’s kill two birds with one stone. I had to wait twenty minutes for a chair and when I sat down they soaked my feet for over 30 mins! While many workers walked back and forth and drank their Starbucks. When he started the pedicure, it lasted 13 mins start to finish with paint! Then he told me that three goes on the drying machine and I can put my shoes on! I followed the directions and still my toes were smudged and had to pay $ 25 for a wasted morning. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! Between the lack of customer service and horrible job, i don’t know which was worse! The employees didn’t speak to anyone except themselves! Complete waste of money!

Got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was average. Nothing special but nothing to complain about either. For my gel mani however I knew I wanted a design and told them that when I had walked in. When the tech asked to see my idea I showed him. I wanted bigger roses on the middle finger and tinier roses on the pointer. He said he probably wouldn’t be able to do the tinier roses so we settled on the bigger ones for both fingers. He tried to do it a couple times and after not being able to, told me he couldn’t and if I would be ok with his roses from a picture off his phone. Even though now both my ideas weren’t met I said yes and after drawing it I wasn’t satisfied. It looked like something a kindergartner would of done! He finally did another design and put stones on it and asked me if I liked it. Because I just wanted to get out of there already I said sure(even though it wasn’t at all what I came in wanting, not a rose or a flower). They charged me for the mani, pedi(which I get) but the design as well even though it wasn’t what I wanted the first, second, or third time. They should of told me from the beginning he wasn’t able to draw the roses so I could of done something else, or they shouldn’t of charged me for the design he came up with in a rush after messing up over 3xs. Never again!

Meh is the perfect way to describe Red Nails. First of all, ITDOESN’T MATTER if you make an appointment. They will still make you wait forever. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment the first time I went. I was absolutely furious, and he didn’t finish until after 9, when the mall had already closed. The quality is variable. I only had french tips done(with the pink and white powder) and they did well sometimes, sometimes they did not. My nails regularly broke off before two weeks. The place is clean and tidy, and the people who work there are nice– but the long wait isn’t acceptable. I’d also like to add that I gave them multiple chances to «redeem themselves» as far as timeliness went, and I was sorely disappointed each time.
