Pharmacy side seems good. When they tell me one hour, they mean it. Front of the store customer service, not so much. Shelves are stocked, I asked where something was located, I got a general wave in the direction of the aisle I had already been checking. Not their finest effort, to be sure.

Don’t follow thier own return policy. Attempted to return an item which I was allergic to and just get a different brand. Was told no that wasn’t thier policy. When I bought pictures and show him the back of the receipt where it clearly states the policy he still refused. No wonder why they are cutting 300 jobs. This place sucks and the management needs big time training.

I live pretty close to this Walgreens. They have a huge clearance section that I check every time I come in before buying anything full price. Sometimes the store can be short staffed during peak hours which can be a little annoying. Most of the time the service is great and there’s always a manager walking around the store asking customers if they’ve found everything they Were looking for. I gave four stars only because of one incident when I was here before. I was standing in line and apparently the cashier had to use the restroom and when she called for her relief, no one came. Someone finally came onto the next register and she was basically yelling at the other cashier over me about having to use the restroom. Just thought that was a bit unprofessional in front of a customer. Other than that, I enjoy this Walgreens
