Five star pilot shop for sure! They have a great inventory of pilot supplies, gift ideas, and many other cool items for your home or office. The staff at Aviation Universe is very aggressive when it comes to aviation events, they’re everywhere! If you have technical questions about flight programs or anything on those lines, the staff is very knowledgable. Greg is great at answering photography questions if you happen to shoot from your plane. Aviation Universe is located not far from the southwest corner of O’Hare Airport, in downtown Bensenville, right across the RR tracks. Stop in and check out their very well stocked boutique style store, you’ll really like it.

Lora the owner is a former airline pilot and very knowledgable and experienced in aviation. Her sweet new location right next to downtown is fantastic, with street parking. She has a great selection of anything related to aviation that you could possibly need, including the PTSs and other professional gear, and toys and shirts and hats and models and jewelry and books and photos and… I left the store with a great new bag that I use at work, and also with some super cute earrings that she made herself that look like paper airplanes. Her location is very near ORD, so if you are flying in or out, are in the area picking someone up from the airport, please stop by! She is a nice lady and you will be supporting a great local business. Great place to hangar fly, she’s a good listener and will really enjoy your stories!
