This franchise needs to be taught the definition of Customer service. They also need to be taught how to LISTEN to the customer and hear what they order/want instead of doing the opposite. I have been cheated out of my Perks points by this location on more than one occasion. Do they care? NOPE. Does the district manager actually go in to work with these employees to fix the problem? NOPE. I would recommend driving to a different location to purchase anything. This store needs a staff upgrade. They need to be trained on service, and how to treat the customers.

Went there for free stuff, A, the doors close at 8:30 pm? What the hell is that? On top of that, I ordered a dozen donuts, and didn’t even get to choose? What in the world is that. I never was denied the right to choose what I paid for at all the other dunkin donuts places. Donuts are fine but what in the world is that type of service?
