This is the standard by which Subway Restaurants should aspire to be. Walk in, line is packed all the way back to the door??? No worries, they have a system that dominates and moves you through the line as long as the customers (only variable in this) don’t clam up in the ordering process. There will literally be 5 people in which you will interact with to get your sandwich and pay your tab. Each has 1 job to do, they are specialized in that particular job and they will get you on your way as fast as possible. Honestly Subway corporate should send other Subway owners to this restaurant during rush hour to observe the greatness it is.
