Called for what I thought was a dead battery. It wasn’t. My starter had died, and needed to be replaced. Within an hour and a half and a fair price they had my car finished! Great people. Fantastic customer service! Will call for any future car problems!

They are rude, and not helpful. Do not call them. They’re scammers and take advantage of people in need. When I called to get info and breakdown of charges the owner, Dave kept yelling on the phone and never cleared things up, awful business.

Dave is the best! Car broke down just outside his town and he was there in a jiff. After a quick diagnosis he towed us back, fixed the problem and got us back on track with our spring break. Thanks Dave and staff for the friendly and fast service!

I’ve gone to these guys 4 – 5 times for various issues with my car, they’re great. They always squeeze me in last minute and seem to do whatever they can to save me a few bucks (likes suggesting where I can go to pick up my own parts). They are honest and fair compared to other mechanics I’ve gone to around Southern Arizona. Also, they’re open on Saturday’s which is a life savor for someone who works all the way in Tucson Monday-​Friday.
I always feel like as a female, mechanics are always trying to pull one over on me, but they never make me feel like that. They explain the issues and help me come up with the most cost effective solutions.
Thanks for helping me keep my 97 Honda on the road, Big Daves!

Had some car trouble out in Arizona on I-​10 about 50 miles outside of Tucson. Big Dave saved the day. He drove us to a motel and picked me up in the morning to get my truck from the shop. Great guy. However his employee at the shop was very weird. Dry. Attitude. Maybe in small town Arizona, they’re not to fond of black people? Who knows?

AAA sent Big Dave’s to our rescue on I 10 twenty miles out of Tucson. The driver arrived in 45 minutes, just around the time AAA had said and was friendly, had a nice rig and worked quickly to get us off the road and to safety. His main drag was Highway 10 which is also called Death Alley and part of a Burmuda Triangle of Highways so to speak. More people die on that stretch of highway on the 10 than anywhere else in the U.S.
His rig held all 4 adults in our party and we arrived at our destination safely. If you are ever in the Tucson/​Willcox/​Sierra Vista area, dial up Big Dave’s. I hear they are adding an additional Tucson truck soon.

It was in the middle of summer. Up a hill and guess what? Our vehicle started to loose power. I took out my trusty iPhone and found Big Dave’s Towing & Roadside service. We actually made it to their shop.
Once there I must say at first I was a little concerned. The place was messy and that made me nervous. I was happy to find out that the mechanics know their stuff. They have fair prices and don’t take short cuts.
We DID spend an extra day waiting for a part to come in. BUT it was an OEM part that they gave a warranty on. The service was done properly and quickly. Our vehicle is still running tip-​top since they did there work.
GREAT STUFF! It is hard to find a shop this good.
